Not as advertised

If you've seen a Facebook ad featuring this mask where black dots rise to the surface of the mask and the whole face is flawless, you would expect results like these. I do not understand it. Nothing like that happens. Before and after photos are unreal. After the mask I can still squeeze the dirt out of my pores. I didn't feel any moisture either.
