Excellent customer experience during sale and after

The best thing about resort was that they were very good at listening to what I wanted, offering options when needed but not being pushy or difficult in anyway - just giving great service as normal people would do! Nothing really came out of this relationship for me personally though unfortunately (as with every business deal) it's often hard work getting things sorted so you need someone who can be patient & put up w/ working through problems without losing your temper if necessary! They could have been more proactive too by asking questions / suggesting ways forward instead relying solely upon my input which sometimes made them feel like their hands weren't tied enough? Great bunch tho : ) It took time before we got along well together because both parties are used to different cultures etc from previous jobs done elsewhere however once comfortable communicating then went smoothly sailing afterwards :).
