The setup was fine but I already have YI cameras so I knew the tricks. Missing features. The motion detection area cannot be set. YI Home for PC does NOT work with Kami cameras. The technician told me "It works fine." NO. The camera is not even recognized. The YI app for Android and iPad recognizes Kami and the Kami app recognizes YI cameras but still needs a working PC app. Spoiler. The battery life is terrible. Mine has been up and running for a few days and the batteries are almost dead. Pretty much makes the camera a waste of time and unusable unless you want to keep a spare set charged and swap it out every 4 days.
