I haven't used it in over an hour but this is the second one I got because the first one didn't work. The second came a day later. What frustrates me is that the instructions are not correct. He asks you to wait for the flashing light. There's no blinking light and it refuses to turn on for directions. It also says to turn off the power off and turn on the reset button. There is no reset button. I ended up lying to the app saying I saw a flashing light and it ended up working. Apparently, flashing lights don't even matter. I just had a red light on the whole time. In the picture the power button and reset button are the same, but why am I being told to do two different things? As you can see, I can't even read the app. I just need a damn thermostat to keep my sulcata alive in his winter barn in North Georgia. It shouldn't be that hard. The update took 48 hours and crashed in the middle of the night, almost killing my pet. Thank god I'm not sleeping. Do not buy!
