They are so light and comfortable! However, depending on the shoes, I'm usually a size 7.5-8, so I chose a 7.5 for women. I just received them, put them on but unfortunately they are still quite large. I feel like they slip off when I touch them even if I tie them very tightly. So I would recommend that you go a size down, I usually go a size 8 but I scaled it down to a 7.5 but seems like a 7 would fit better.
