This is a hiking backpack with many additional pockets and functions. It is made of durable nylon and is very well made. I use it to carry pedals and other guitar gear that I don't want to clutter up with a guitar case. backpack from slipping off your shoulders. The shoulder straps and waist straps are padded. Lots of space in different pockets. The tailoring and construction are excellent.
