Cheap. Washes out quickly after use and breaks prematurely.

Feels like plastic-like leatherette. The edges will start to fray these elastic threads. It eventually breaks after a few short months and fails where the buckle meets the belt. I bought two - both had the same result. This product needs to be discontinued.
