As others have said, the plastic nut that holds the camera to the mount is soft cheap flimsy plastic. However, if you screw the camera all the way to the mount, you don't need a nut. Hence the deduction of one star. Also, a sticker fell from the window. This may be due to insufficient glass cleaning. Others needed a razor blade and a good cleaning to remove any adhesive residue before applying new stickers. I replaced them all so I have a proper sticker on every door and window. The cameras feel very real to me. You are unobtrusive. If you don't look for them, you'll never notice them. Stickers are essential to get your attention.
