UPDATE: Sorry but I couldn't resist. I had to go back and update as there is information buyers should be aware of. I originally gave it two stars but had to downgrade to one. More for misrepresentation of facts than for the product itself. The item I selected is not the one that gets the most consideration. I chose the one that says - Color: White/Single Ply with the above description as follows: - This item is LUCKISS 100% Bamboo Tea Towels Super Absorbent Hand Towels Soft Durable Eco Friendly Cleaning Washcloths White Kitchen Towels 30.5 x 30.5cm but I understand the description has changed in the section where you normally review your orders. The description is as follows: LUCKISS Napkins and Cloths 100% Bamboo Super Absorbent Eco-Friendly Side Tea Towels 12" x 12" White Kitchen Towels Handle. I made my purchase decision based on this information. I wasn't happy with what I got. As it was 2 ply with a cleaning side I would have kept it if it was soft and easy to handle. It wasn't, it was stiff because the plastic side was brushed to the touch. However, I think anyone planning to order WHITE/SINGLE LAYER should know what they are getting. I just copied and pasted the description information from the GENERAL POST and ORDER SECTION to prove this is a scam. Information on the cleaning side has been completely excluded from general publication. It was also sold as a single layer rag, which is not the case. I returned mine and received a refund which I'm happy about; BUT I still believe we owe an explanation and apology from the supplier. A very lowly tactic that is neither welcomed nor appreciated. FIRST REVIEW: Received this morning and decided to return as it's not what I expected. I have kitchen towels with two sides - one for washing dishes and the other side as a regular rag for wiping, cleaning and drying the table, stove etc. However, I was looking for something more durable but at the same time very soft that would allow them to be handled in one hand could. Hand for easy squeezing and wiping when working in the kitchen to clean up. . I figured since it's a bamboo material it would be the answer to my needs. It wasn't. The smooth side is very soft to the touch, but the material for the cleaning side is so hard that a rag is no good. As a result, it turned out to be very rigid and uncomfortable for one hand. Place one in some clean water and it will soak slightly, but won't wring out to soak again, leaving the work surface very damp. I tried connecting both hands and squeezing to squeeze the water out but it didn't work. The only way to get lots of water is to use both hands and push in opposite directions. Even then it was still too wet. Indeed very disappointed. You must use a different grid type or skip the grid altogether. A soft bamboo material would do. I WOULD BUY THEN IF YOU DO.
