This is a good buy. I've had several wool blankets over the years. I really like to stay at about 80% wool for comfort, warmth, dependable insulation (even if I take one camping and it gets wet) and for washability. This is more comfortable than most (though not all, but they always soften after washing and I haven't even washed it yet but still soft enough and comfortable enough that I've slept with it every night since I got it). It is very thick and heavy, especially for this price range. This blanket is under 50 bucks, I've had everything from cheap military surplus to new Hudson bays and this blanket is a win for sure. I bought one and instantly realized what a bargain I'd found and purchased 2 more so I have one downstairs, one upstairs, and one for the car for stadiums picnics, bonfires ect. You absolutely cant beat this quality at this price point imo.
