We live in our RV all the time and spend most of our time off the grid (no electricity). We have solar power and can do just fine without electricity, but this article helped us take inventory of the total energy needs for a full life. We were able to determine what each electrical device we have draws in terms of amps and power. It also helped us determine the size of the generator we need for solar support and to run larger appliances like a microwave, hair dryer, George Foreman grill, etc. I've been using it for over 16 months and it works great. Easy to use and accurate. Highly recommend if you have similar needs.
