Based on my experience, I have a completely different opinion. The sound is, of course, excellent, as usual from B&O. I've found that once you get the right fit and seal, they definitely work for training. The wings secure the buds. Someone recommended using the Comply Comfort tip (a special B&O Comply tip is included and very good) for sealing and sound and it's a great 'tip'. They become very reliable once properly installed. I had no trouble connecting Bluetooth to my iPhone. Almost immediately. Battery life is very good and the wireless charging option is surprisingly handy. It would have been nice to have Bluetooth 5.0, but that's a bit of a downside given the other pluses. The only downside, aside from the price, is the patience to find a tip for a secure fit and the best sound signature.
