It helps us manage our daycare, with everything from enrolments, meals etc., to financials within one central location. I don't like how you are restricted by page loading time sometimes before it loads your menus - makes things confusing when there isn't much choice of options! Try it out for free first then decide if it works best as a daily stand alone use or something more formalized. We were able to integrate childcare information (enrolments) into our corporate calendar easily without having to print off lots of pieces of paper. This feature has been so helpful as we do not want parents seeing this kind of sensitive info via Google Docs. Financial accounts have also become easier than filling them out manually every month now. The reporting features help provide monthly reports to management and board members. Also easy communication between admin team. Being able to track students progress through different curriculum stages is very beneficial too. I like that the app has a lot of features and makes it easy to keep track of the daily schedules of the children.I also like that I can access the app from my phone anywhere as long as I have internet. I dislike that I am not able to print out the daily schedules of the children.
