This was my second PXN controller. I had to send the first one back immediately because it was lagging behind. It was a replacement. Everything was fine for a while, then the problems started. I would say 3 issues that made me give a 2 star review.1. Initially it stayed connected to the console even after the console and controller went to sleep and then I was able to wake the console up with the controller just like you can with a professional controller. But now it didn't stay connected after falling asleep and had to reconnect every time. Random after. Not always, but mostly at the most inconvenient times. 😫 And over time it only got worse.3. It may seem small, but it drove me crazy. The ZR and ZL buttons were so loud. It was a loud ring every time you press one. So when I was playing a game where I had to keep pressing ZR, it was really annoying. The ONLY reason I didn't give this review a 1 star is because of the customer service. The return period has expired so I had to contact the seller instead of Amazon. It was not a no-questions-asked refund; I had to deliver a malfunctioning video but when they saw it they offered to replace it. Instead I got a refund and just bought a professional controller.
