I have used one neck for about 3 years now as an administrator working with our network team providing helpdesk duties also assisting other departments when required such has been payroll processing time off requests etc.. The main benefit is there constant communication between all parties involved this helps keep everything running smoothly without any hiccups or issues being raised by either party! Nothing really at present but would like more integration options so it can pull information from multiple applications into 1 dashboard type area which could then feed back data onto another system/application (such was my original idea).
