Bad support, defective monitor
I bought two of these, one works fine (but it's a slightly newer model with USB-C) and this one has issues with darker images (which is terrible since I'm using dark mode). Red lines flash on the screen. I called support twice and both times got disconnected while waiting. Not worth what I paid.
