I bought two of these, one works fine (but it's a slightly newer model with USB-C) and this one has issues with darker images (which is terrible since I'm using dark mode). Red lines flash on the screen. I called support twice and both times got disconnected while waiting. Not worth what I paid.

I really liked this product. It arrived at my front door much sooner than I thought and everything I wanted was in the box (I might add, superb quality).

I've had the monitor for less than a year. I recently switched it between USB-C and Displayport input. It worked fine dozens of times, but now it's stuck on USB-C forever. The OSD stops responding and I can't reset it to factory defaults.

On paper this monitor is great, it can deliver 85W via USB-C to a connected laptop while still streaming video and connecting to the built-in USB-C hub. Unfortunately there are functional issues and my MacBook Pro keeps losing power and I always notice when it goes without power. The connected MacBook Pro charger doesn't help as it switches between the screens randomly and still doesn't deliver the advertised 85-90W. This is a known issue and a deal breaker like HDMI or DisplayPort is required…

TLDR: I would definitely recommend this monitor to anyone who needs a "home base" for a professional laptop setup, but it may not meet the needs of an avid gamer. I spent 3 days connecting this monitor to my Mac. He has many problems. I may have landed with a lemon, but I assume the monitors will just work.

How can I pay so much for a monitor that I've paired with a Lenovo desktop and can't get it to do what I want? It's a 27-inch wide screen but has 4.5 inches on each side as spaces. I don't know what these negative reviews are for. I've been using this for 1.5 years. It has the best build quality of any monitor I've used. The panel is flawless. I have absolutely no light and dead pixels. I had no trouble connecting and charging my Thinkpad X1 Carbon, Thinkpad X1 Extreme, and Dell Latitude via USB-C. Mac M1 computers have known connectivity issues with USB-C/Thunderbolt devices. This is an Apple issue, not this monitor.

I like 1440p resolution (although you have to zoom in, the text will be sharper than on a 1080p monitor). Excellent connectivity: I use a single USB-C port to both receive an image (1440p 60Hz) and power my laptop monitor (up to 90W USB PD!). Only annoyance is that the buttons are high in the back, but I can live with that.
