I love that the system works perfectly with my existing hardware, and allows me to setup exactly what I need in less time than other companies we've used in the past. Our clients are very happy as well! It is sometimes hard to get someone who knows how to use it when we do business remotely. We have also had issues getting our video screens back up after they crash. A good product for sure, but if there were more training options available then I think things would be even better. Having an easy to use system has really helped us out a lot since we're not tech savvy at all.
