Bad quality - buy something better.
The tool has to be constantly readjusted. Even though it says "Self-Tuning", it doesn't say anything about self-tuning. Both the stripper bite force adjustment dial and the crappy plastic wire length lock should be checked and adjusted AFTER EVERY USE. Also, I have to open the pliers after using them to strip the wire. The spring for opening the pliers is too weak. This thing is useless. Buy something better. I am sending this back.
