I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered this but was interested in trying it out after hearing from a friend that she had good results with achieve glasses. The set I received exceeded my expectations! It quickly cleared up several knots I had built up in my upper back. Very easy to use, sucks great too! I'm still working on increasing the intensity.
