Bought to replace a leaking outdoor shower faucet on my caravan. The product comes with instructions on how to register for a lifetime warranty and get installation instructions by texting the link, which I did. The installation instructions were too small to read on my cell phone (poor eyesight) and I couldn't print them out so I emailed customer service. Response was prompt and they sent me instructions. Anyway, the installation was pretty intuitive once I realized I couldn't install from the inside of my trailer and I had to remove the outlet holding the outdoor shower. It took me about 20 minutes to install. Works perfectly. Much better than the original cheap shower faucet. More length, better pressure, choice of jet type.
