There's nothing wrong with this laptop. It's lightweight and very portable. I can easily take it to meetings, classes, and grading, and easily work in multiple locations. The battery seems to last a very long time. This laptop is lightning fast, which is essential when teaching students virtually. I can be online with students, open multiple tabs and quickly share information with my students and keep their attention. The keyboard is easy to use and puts minimal strain on my arthritic hands. The touchpad and touchscreens are also easy to use. Setting up this laptop was quick and easy with the seller's instructions. My nephew works in computer engineering and helped me choose a laptop for virtual learning. He said this computer was great for my classes and was very reasonably priced for all the laptop's features. I am very happy with this purchase.
