Two issues need to be addressed. The lid broke the first time I took it out of the oven. The case is light and cheap. Needs to be updated to be more durable. I can't seem to make a fire right. I'm not sure how many pellets to put in so you don't have to keep tossing them. Once you have the right fire, it works like a dream. I guess I just need some advice on the right amount of pellets. It took me a little longer to prepare each of the pizzas. 2 to 3 minutes. We had our first flight on a Friday night and had a blast making pizza. They also advertise the spinning wheel in the commercial and guess what's not included. Don't overload the pizza as it will be difficult to get into the oven. Hope that helps. last thing. They don't explain to you that the pellet hopper has a detachable handle which isn't mentioned in the instructions. I should have found out.
