Easy to Use for my opinion
I used it for several days so far. It is very easy to install and it came with a guide book. In the book, it shows you some gestures you can do with the bar. If you are new to Pilates, it is a good to buy. It is useful for a beginner. The weight is not much. It is cheaper than others since it cannot adjust resistance. But, as my friend told me, how much you lift is not that important, as long as you keep doing it, you will see the result.
