This skirt is perfect! I was hesitant to purchase this skirt as I had a few slip ups when ordering the clothes but I am so glad I took the risk and purchased this item. It's really well done. The piping is the perfect width, the skirt has just enough flair to be cute without being over the top, and the length is just gorgeous. The color is a pleasant black, rich and goes well with both dark and light colors. The material is thick but not heavy. I will be ordering a few more colors as this is the perfect piece to wear with sweaters and tights. I think that's at least a rock for 3 months a year. I'm 5ft 8" and 140lbs but with some curves and the medium height is perfect for my liking. Dimensions. I could fit a small one in the waist but I suspect it wouldn't look like it and would be too short for the job. There is some room in the waist on average, but it doesn't rip or look weird. I'm often between sizes so hopefully this helps anyone who's between sizes.
