The customer service is great! They are always willing to help you out with any concerns or questions that arise regarding your account (or lack thereof). I have not really had an issue since we moved over from another provider. We also use their DDoS protection which has been very helpful in keeping our network up at all times. For example when there was some sort of outage affecting other providers they were able to quickly identify it and fix/restore everything for us without having to wait days like others did. It's nice knowing that if something does happen again then someone will be available immediately to solve problems right away instead of waiting weeks before getting assistance. If you're looking into using them make sure you do so because once you've used them you'll never go back to anything else.
