Review on Haufe Umantis by Jason Spainhour

The interface of this application was very efficient for me to use it all day long (even while working from home). I wish there were more functionality available in the platform but overall everything worked well. Sometimes when you are looking at your calendar or trying to look up an employee's contact info that sometimes takes several attempts before they finally show up as not found even if you have their information saved correctly somewhere else! Try using the tool first then decide what features you want after evaluating them. It could be helpful to see how easy different functions might work so we had our initial expectations set properly ahead of time. We used Umanis primarily for payroll purposes however there may also be some benefits here such as being able to view open positions easily which has been beneficial for us since we now receive weekly emails about new opportunities within close proximity to where people live.
