In the Megafon network, I bought a Realme C21Y smartphone. The next day after buying a smartphone, there was a malfunction in the GPS. I came to the store with this problem, from where I was sent straight to the service center, where I passed it for a test. A few days later I called the service, where they answered me: “That the smartphone has been checked, there were no malfunctions in the GPS operation.” With some skepticism, and at the same time hope for a brighter future, I went for a smartphone. On the same day, I again encountered a problem with the GPS. Videos were taken from the desktop of the smartphone, when the navigator was running, and data from the GPS-test application. With all this material, I went back to the service center. The next day I called the service, where they again told me: “What about the smartphone, everything is in order.” The service was advised to contact Realme customer support in Hong Kong. Hong Kong is at the other end, answers: “Wait for an answer.” I have been waiting for the 2nd week. In total, I will be without a phone soon as 1 month. What was most important for me on the phone (since I use a navigator at work) turned out to be not working, well, the taxi application itself slowed down, although it should be pulling according to its characteristics.
