i was a dummy and i didn’t read the reviews that mentioned how their hammie were able to climb out of it and well that’s exactly what happened to us at first. i use this when i need to either deep clean or when it’s play time for my hammie but once i put all of her enrichment items in she stopped climbing unless it was her telling us that she wants to go back to her enclosure. you cannot leave your hamster unattended in this. like it will not take long for them to understand how to climb out because once they do it’s fast. like legit i turned my back to pick up some bedding and i turned and saw her like half in half out of the dang thing. overall does the job as long as it’s not a long duration and it has things for your hamster to do in it for the short while
