I've been using the collar for a few weeks now and decided to write a review. Initially, but this was quickly remedied by calling a very friendly customer service representative who answered on the third call. The collar does what it promises. I first ran around my property with the collar to see what it would do and it clearly beeps and vibrates a few feet away before shocking. It's also pretty accurate, so if I set the radius to 120m, it's pretty close. Some other comments I have: - The fact that it maintains center radius when disabled is a great feature that other GPS collars don't have. - Battery life is ok. It needs to be charged every night but lasts all day. It would be nice to increase the lifespan. After the initial setup, GPS blocking occurs fairly quickly. I usually turn it on outside and leave it on the bin for a minute to give it time to lock onto the GPS signal before pointing it at my dog. My property is a fairly open field of 5 acres with woods along the back edge along with some outbuildings and I couldn't find any dead spots. It supports satellite fix well. I was resetting the center radius a few days ago when I noticed that the collar beeps when my dog approaches the road. It was recommended during my call to customer service and it's not difficult. Simply press and hold the "M" key and the power button at the same time to turn off the power to clean. When it is turned on again, it creates a new lock for the place where it is turned on. Overall this is a good product that works as advertised. Gave it four stars instead of five because of the battery life and some slightly confusing initial startup instructions. Time will tell how durable it is with daily use.
