Review on iShelters by Justin Steele

I like how easy it was to navigate through each section, you can find what your looking for in no time! The best feature would be being able to print reports without having to go into multiple different sections or click back/forth between screens. When printing out animal intake forms we ran across a bug where all information from previous sheets were left blank when clicking "print" so there are some glitches with this program- but not many issues overall (and only because they have been working hard at getting better!). Great product!! Easy accessability makes finding info about shelters much easier than other programs. We use it as our internal database system for staff members & volunteers to input data regarding adoptions, intakes etc.. I like how easy it is to use, especially if you have used other programs in the past! There are a lot more features than what we were looking at when starting out with this product. We've been able to help our volunteers manage all aspects of intake/adoption. Our program manager can see everything easily from her computer so she doesn't need to be at each location while helping staff decide which dogs get picked up or not. The reporting system makes monthly reports much easier too!
