The support team is always willing to help and respond to your questions. The analytics and reporting are very helpful. The ability to create multiple emails and send them to different lists is a great feature. The ability to track opens and clicks is also helpful. I wish I could have saved more than one email template per list. I also wish I could have saved some of the campaigns I started and forgot about. I am solving the problem of not knowing who to send to and when. I am sending emails to a large list of people. I am able to track opens and clicks. I am able to send to specific lists based on the information in the email.
