I'm giving it 3 stars because I found out this week when I also installed it with the Farbin horn harness (COLOR IN car horn, 12v, loud two tone waterproof car horn, snail electric horn- Kit universal for All 12V Cars (Blue Horn with 12V Wiring Harness) that require an in-line fuse where one wire goes to 12V hot voltage It does not come with any of them, and it is really necessary the 12V button wiring for safety and protection, especially if someone's relay on the double beep side is blown.
