This is my second pair of Austin Keens (I've had 5 pairs in different styles) and I've returned to this model because it does the job well. At work, I'm on my feet all day. These shoes are sturdy and seem to keep my body from collapsing. The only major caveat I would give to beginners wearing Keen is that they take a long time to break in compared to shoes like Nike or Adidas. But once taken apart wow they last a long time and seem to keep my feet from hurting. The shoes only lasted me 6 months, these shoes are about a year if not more. The rubberized toe cap greatly assists in moving boxes and debris without injury. Also, the shoes are a bit more stylish/professional than sneakers. So win, win. Ultimately, this is a great value, which will help your health in the long term, avoid leg pain, back pain and in the future.
