Let me start by saying that I am very disappointed in the product and the instruction manual. We can't get the water to flow out of the nozzle. Referring to the instruction manual it was a waste of time. The accompanying manual does not include a model number, manufacturer, email address, or phone number. The instructions do not provide any details on how to use or set up the product, just a list of things not to do. I think for the price paid the company will put in a little effort to make a decent guide. Aside from the manual being so awful, the unit is not working properly and needs to be returned and replaced. UPDATE: 12/06/12 - I have contacted Sandia Support for help with this unit. Doesn't pump water out of the nozzle. It's brand new, has never been used. Sandia has informed me that Revain is not an authorized reseller and that Sandia does not guarantee this new device. Now they don't bounce my emails back. It is sad to see an American product and company not endorsing their products. warning to others.
