A wonderful product, it's nice to use.

There was a choice between Mi 8 SE and Redmi Note 5. I chose it on Note 5. Although Mi 8 SE is a little better in everything, of course, Note 5 also has good features, which are enough for the eyes. I will not hide that I always want better. But Mi 8 SE does not have one - such a tenacious battery, this is a significant factor. I think for everyone the worst thing is to be left without a charge at the right time, then all the advantages of cool processors and cameras come to naught. I will not dissemble, Mi 8 SE is still 60% more expensive, this is also not a small difference.
My summary is this: a very balanced phone for the money. There comes a time when mid-budget phones have grown very much in terms of characteristics, both in terms of speed and cameras, and are stepping on the heels of flagships, and a reasonable question arises, do I need a flagship for much more money, if this is enough with my head ? Also, if earlier, who remembers, Redmi Note 3 Pro was a hit, then this is an even bigger hit. You can safely take it, money will not be thrown away.

Pros

Cons

The phone itself has a minimum of shortcomings, but nevertheless: - Notification LED. But, fortunately, this trend has been minimized on the Note 5, judging by the results of voting on 4pda, and the components are relatively consistently the same for everyone. Using my example, I can say that you used to buy two identical Note 4x, and the screens show differently, one has warm tones, the other has cold ones.
