Works great - my new review

I received and was actually able to try these today. I wrapped my wrists up and did an hours worth of OHP, over head press. I was occasionally experiencing tendinitis like pain in my right wrist from what I think was this exercise. I do about 10 sets up to a 1 rep max. The crushing weight is quite challenging to keep a straight wrist and so led to some pain. I let that pain subside and was able to try these today. I must say, I do think they helped me avoid any compromise to the wrist from the heavy load. Easy on, easy off.
