Once I got the base mounted to the wall which was fairly easy, the sturdiness was just too flimsy. The base flexes and bends too easy, it feels like I could just rip it off the wall. Also, as I was disassembling the movable fixture from the base, one of the hinge clips snapped right off. I was still able to make it work with the other hinge clip and a little glue once I found the right angle, I just wish the whole thing was sturdier. On the plus side, the angle that this mount allows the camera to face gives me the perfect picture of my walkway up to the door and I have it mounted to a 90 degree offset wall. Overall, I'd buy it again if I had to but probably drill some of my own holes to make the base sturdier and more secure to the wall.
