First of all, I have experienced many different pre-workouts firsthand and have been involved in competitions for many years. The 6 o'clock mix tastes phenomenal, I'll definitely be giving it to him, and I haven't felt any gut discomfort or weird effects from one serving of the energy drink mix, so it was a win. The place it wasn't working for me was milk buffering and hydration. I started my 15k with the expectation that a 6 serve would be as good as EndureElite. So when I started having high lactate leverage at mile 5 and cramping at mile 7, I was very disappointed. I tried the product again during controlled recovery and while lactate wasn't an issue I never felt the boost that comes from some other pre workouts, I was floored the whole time. I'm not saying it's bad, I'm just saying you can get a better product for this price.
