I needed a bra to wear under rashguards as I had skin cancer last year :( I'm 34b and ordered the small one which fits great. For reference I'm 5ft 9". and large ribs/small boobs I also tried medium but it was too loose in the bust area lol it really looks like a swim bra hopefully it will keep swimming in a salt water pool just the right length as you can see from various customer photos , mine sits high right under my chest while some people have it under their chest Just something to watch out for :) I can get a different color if it holds up well in the water. If not, I'll come back and change my rating.
