I like how easy it was to set up our WNM system in order to track our customers' experience with their mobile devices during installation of new equipment or while working out at the gym. The ability to pull reports from anywhere via web browser has been great! We are able to see where we need improvement as far as customer service goes. Sometimes when you click "report" sometimes nothing happens. It's not always instant gratification but this isn't something that should be an issue once they have your business. Tracking our customers' experiences before they purchase and after they've purchased. This allows us to make sure that they're getting what they want and needs.
