I like how easy it was to set up our WNM system in order to track our customers' experience with their mobile devices during installation of new equipment or while working out at the gym. This software has helped me monitor my business's internet usage from anywhere in the world! It also allows us to create customer reports easily so we can see what our customers are doing online while visiting one of our websites or apps. I love how it allows me to monitor all aspects of my Wi Fi with one software app instead of several different ones. It is also easy to use and very user friendly. There are some things about this product I would like to see improved in future releases but overall so far no complaints.
We have been using 7Signal WNM since we started our business over 3 years ago now and at this time there haven't really any problems or concerns other than minor tweaks here an dthere which were addressed quickly
