I absolutely love this skirt! It is so freaking gorgeous.! I ordered a small in black. My waist is between 26-28 and it fit perfectly. I was Ursula from the Little Mermaid and everyone loved my costume. The skirt can be worn again for any special, nice occasion or just to play dress up. Please turn inside out when you receive it and fluff it out so you can get all the fluffiness it offers. I would definitely order another one in a different color. Hope this review helps.
