It comes coiled up for shipping and while I was trying to straighten the head piece so that I could put it on my head it snapped where it connects to the left ear piece. To bad because they are really cute and I'm sure would be warm if you could figure out how to put it on, without breaking it. Oh well.
- Best ear muffs I ever bought. Fit perfectly very soft on the inside. Would buy them again
- May flatten hair and cause an unflattering look
