This device has helped me deal with neck pain. I went to a chiropractor and had a massage, but needed something to help between visits. I like this device, it has a weak electrical pulse, like in a chiropractor's office. There are many different levels to choose from. You can set the temperature, electric impulse and massage level. It comes with a remote control that shows you all the levels and can be set to different times. I use it twice a day and it has helped a lot. The battery life is good, I used it for over a week and only charged it once.
