Extremely loud no way to turn down the volume

The product has some unique toys for my grandson and a wheel that can be adjusted depending on how fast it can roll which is great for kids who need to learn , a must is walk. But... it's cheap plastic and so VERY LOUD that it scares everyone in the next room. There are no speakers to tape over to somehow soften the volume. I come back. Seriously, today's toys try to make kids deaf.
