I like that it allows me to have access to customers who may not be able to reach out to me directly. Also, the customer feedback is very helpful in understanding what my customers need and want. I dislike that the platform can be hard to navigate at times. It's easy to get lost when you're trying to find something. Give it a try! You will see how much easier it is for you to communicate with your customers. I'm using this service to connect with people who would otherwise not be able to reach out to me.
