The way that I can manage my tasks, keep track of them all through one place was super useful! I like how easy it was to use, my team loved that we could easily start working together in our own timezone (we're all from different countries). The UI is great for me as an end customer - everything worked really well! There's no real downside at this point but maybe more features would be nice? I like that it allows me to have access to customers who may not be able to reach out to me directly. Also, the customer feedback is very helpful in understanding what my customers need and want. I dislike that the platform can be hard to navigate at times. It's easy to get lost when you're trying to find something. Give it a try!
