Not satisfied with the suction. It blows great from the exhaust side, so you'd think it was sucking it all out. Wrong, too much turbulence around the suction side of the fan blades. The fan box does not have a centrifugal fan baffle, so as the fan box builds up, air is pushed back around the intake side, pushing the smoke around the outside edge of the hood back into the room. You can take a paper towel and run it around the intakes and there are areas where it gets pushed out rather than sucked in. Very disappointing after all the effort channeling and tiling the unit. Now I need to find another one with the exact dimensions and location of the exhaust. The gesture functions are great, but I want the smoke and cooking smells to go away, which is inefficient.
