I have a curly beard that needs a good balm to keep it tame. The MB Magic Balm holds the hair well but I like its lightness on the beard. Some balms are high in wax and can feel sticky at the end of the day, but not only do they not feel sticky, they are not oily either! As someone who doesn't really know how to make oils, this is a great and unexpected find! Although I would like a little more hold, I am amazed at how my beard feels throughout the day. Think of a magic balm like a beard oil that stores and works like a balm. The only thing that bothers me is the smell. It's a little stronger and a little spicier than a beard wash. I still like it, but I prefer a more subtle laundry scent.
